BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Golden West Aviation Association, Inc. is the formal organization behind the Golden West Regional Fly-In. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) California corporation Golden West is governed by a Board of Directors, which is bound by the Articles of Incorporation and adopted By-Laws. The all-volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of four officers and eleven directors, each serving a term of two years. Board of Directors Elections

Each member of the Board of Directors is elected to serve a term of two years. Elections are held each year at the Board's Annual Meeting in August.
